Repo health for reproducibility

Scientific Python and pyOpenSci are two organizations that are working to improve the quality of scientific software in Python.

I’ve been using Scientific Python’s repo review guidelines and tool to help me maintain the quality of repos that I maintain.

It can be run in the browser or as a command line tool. If used and following the recommendations, your repo will be more reproducible and maintainable.
